Processing Time
1. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
2. Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST will be processed the following business day.
3. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Hair by Vera Long is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
